Jessica Eastman Stewart waves while holding a cup of coffee and recording a podcast episode

Hi, I’m Jessica Eastman Stewart!

Like you, I’m busy.

In addition to being a business owner, consultant, workshop facilitator, and frequent podcast guest expert, I’m also a mom who wants to have fun with her kids and a wife who wants time for real connection.

This may sound like pie in the sky, but I don’t think a busy life needs to feel overwhelming.

When you have smart systems in place, managing your busy life can feel joyful.

In a past chapter of my professional career, I was a nonprofit executive and, before that, a classroom teacher.

These days, I help leaders set up practical and easy systems that streamline their approach to living and working well!

What do I mean by ‘leader?’

I mean – leaders at home (parents) and leaders in the workplace (CEOs, managers, startup founders, physicians, business owners, and more)!

I am a workshop facilitator for organizations with stressed-out working parents who are struggling to find a healthier work-life balance.

My clients don’t want theories that sound good on paper. They want tools, perspectives, and actionable steps that are road-tested by a fellow working parent who understands the logistics, guilt, and stress that we face on a daily basis.

I hope you take a little time and poke around my site. In addition to my speaking and group facilitation services, my store offers time-saving tools, resources, and products.

Tip → my blog is filled with fantastic resources to help streamline how you manage projects, travel, plan meals, and much more!

Additionally – thousands of busy professionals look forward to the arrival of my weekly newsletter, The Friday Five, where I share five short and sweet tips to help your week go a little (and a lot) better!

Want to follow me on Instagram? Great! I’d love for you to join our conversation!

And here’s where to find me on LinkedIn if that’s where you socialize.

Thanks for being here! I’m so happy our paths crossed!
