Need an idea for your next meeting ice breaker question? I've got you.

Years ago, I started a Google document to keep track of ideas for meeting ice breaker questions and team-building activities. It became a mish-mash of various font sizes and formatting as I jotted or pasted quick ideas into it, so it was far from beautiful.

But it was incredibly helpful. I often found myself facilitating over a dozen meetings a week in my role as a nonprofit Executive Director, and having a list of ideas for how to build community and create a warm space for the humans participating in the gatherings I was leading saved a lot of brain space for me and created higher-quality meeting starts than otherwise might have happened.

It's clear that getting a thoughtful start to a work meeting makes a difference in both the participant experience and the effectiveness of the time spent together. (Click to Tweet)

It's also clear that leaders who intentionally build a team culture by using thoughtful and inclusive activities are more successful than those who miss that opportunity.

I figured it was time to share the love. I created a free 12-page list of quick and easy ice breaker questions, creative video meeting-specific ideas, and bonus team-building activities for retreats.

You can get it here. I hope it's helpful!
